PhD fellowship in Food Design and Sustainability – a part of SeaFree

Department of Food Science, Section of Food Design and Consumer Behavior invites applicants for a PhD fellowship in sustainability assessment of algae to food value chains. The project is part of the research project MASSPROVIT (Making microalgae a sustainable future source of proteins and vitamins) and SeaFree (“Seaweed Synergy” Enabling Emission Free Seafood), which is financed by DFF (Denmark’s Independent Research Foundation) and IFD (Innovation Fund Denmark).
